By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website. We encourage you to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase.

2.1. Products may be purchased via email at shop@imodesign.eu or directly through the website www.imodesign.eu.
2.2. All products offered by IMOdesign are brand new.
2.3. Customers can access these Terms & Conditions at any time via the website link: https://imodesign.eu/terms-conditions/ and may download or print them.
2.4. These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of the Sales Agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
2.5. When placing an order via the website, Customers must confirm that they have read and accept these Terms & Conditions by ticking the appropriate checkbox.
2.6. For orders placed via email, Customers are also obliged to familiarize themselves with these Terms & Conditions.
2.7. Communication between the Buyer and IMOdesign may take place via email, phone, or through the website.
2.8. All product prices are gross prices in EUR and do not include additional costs such as delivery, installation, or return transport.
2.9. Shipping costs will be provided before the order is placed. If exact costs cannot be determined at that time, the Customer will be informed of their obligation to bear these costs.
2.10. All intellectual property rights to the online store, including its content, domain, design, and logos, belong to IMOdesign. Their use requires prior written consent from the Seller.
2.11. To place an order, the Customer must have an active email account.

3.1. Orders can be placed via the online store or by email.
3.2. The Customer must complete the order form with accurate and complete information.
3.3. By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms & Conditions.
3.4. IMOdesign will confirm order acceptance via email.
3.5. IMOdesign reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability or other justified reasons. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded without delay.
3.6. The Customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.
3.7. Orders may be canceled by the Customer only before the confirmation email is sent. After confirmation, cancellations are subject to the Return Policy (see Section 8).
3.8. Custom-made furniture (non-standard dimensions, colors, or finishes) can only be ordered via email. A summary form with details (customer data, product specifications, costs, and estimated lead time) will be sent for confirmation.

4.1. Shipping costs are provided when placing the order.
4.2. Products are delivered by external courier companies.
4.3. The Customer bears the shipping costs, including return shipping.
4.4. The Customer will be informed about the estimated shipping date via email or phone.
4.5. The Customer must provide a valid phone number for delivery arrangements.
4.6. On the day of dispatch, IMOdesign will confirm shipment via email or phone.
4.7. The Customer may reschedule delivery within 14 business days from the proposed date.
4.8. Upon delivery, the Customer should check the condition of the package. In case of visible damage, the Customer should refuse acceptance and prepare a damage report with the courier.
4.9. If the delivery address provided is incorrect, the Customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

5.1. All IMOdesign products are covered by a 24‑month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
5.2. The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing errors. It does not cover damages resulting from improper use.
6. Complaints

6.1. In case of defects, contact us via shop@imodesign.eu.
6.2. Please provide:

a completed complaint form (available for download),

proof of purchase,

photos of the defect.
6.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
6.4. If accepted, the product will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
6.5. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.

7.1. The administrator of your personal data is IMOdesign.
7.2. Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and handling returns/complaints in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR.
7.3. Data will not be shared with third parties.
7.4. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data, as well as to object to processing and request data portability.
7.5. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
7.6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent order fulfillment or complaint processing.
7.7. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
8. Returns

8.1. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
8.2. The 14‑day period starts from the day you receive the product (or the purchase date if picked up personally).
8.3. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and undamaged.
8.4. Refunds will be made:

to the bank account provided in the return form (for COD payments),

to the original payment account (for bank transfers or Przelewy24 payments).
8.5. Custom‑made products (non‑standard sizes, finishes, or colors) are non‑returnable.
8.6. Please also return all assembly accessories (e.g., caps, screws). Missing accessories will reduce the refund amount.
8.7. Include the purchase receipt in the package (unless an invoice was requested).
8.8. Products must be securely packed. Damaged parcels or COD returns will not be accepted.
